  Ken really knows his stuff! His recommendations were spot on. I wanted to offer more money and he told me to hold back. They accepted our offer and Ken saved me a couple thousand dollars! Just tell him what you're looking for and he'll find you the perfect place. He helped me get into our new home about 2 months ago and helped my dad purchase a home only a couple weeks ago. I've already referred a cousin and friend to him over the past month because Ken is the kind of guy you want on your side, buying or selling!

  Thanks to Ken we got a great house at a great price. When we started looking for houses in the summer of 2012, we thought we were buying at the perfect time. Interest rates were low and so were home prices. However, we soon found out that we had a lot of competition at our desired price and location. After being outbid on a couple of offers and seeing home prices already starting to increase, we felt like we were running out of options. It seemed we would have to either pay more to build a new home or keep looking and risk having to settle on less of a home if prices continued to rise. It was then that Ken called us and told us that the buyers had backed out on the first house we had made an offer on. Even though the other agent had several other offers on the house and ours wasn’t necessarily the highest or best, Ken worked tirelessly with him to get us into first position. We were so grateful that Ken cared enough to not take “no” for answer. We couldn’t be happier with our new home. I would highly recommend Ken if you are a first time home buyer, need help buying a short-sale, or simply want a realtor who will look out for your best interest. Thanks Ken.
